In order to implement our zero-defect strategy, all project participants are aware of their responsibilities. Our testing techniques are multi-layered and effective, all quality-relevant data and details are continuously recorded and monitored. We use state-of-the-art CAQ software to carry out statistical analysis of process stability.
Compliance with requirements and customer satisfaction is both a challenge and a goal for us. To this end, we meet both specific customer requirements as well as high quality and certification specifications. For example, we comply with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements. In addition, we are continuously increasing our energy efficiency by means of an energy management system according to ISO 50001:2011.
